PartnerSolutions is a consortium of the Mental Health and Recovery Services Boards of Ashland, Ashtabula, Belmont-Harrison-Monroe, Columbiana, Delaware-Morrow, Hancock, Jefferson, Mahoning, Mercer-Van Wert-Paulding, Portage, Putnam, Stark, Trumbull, Union, Warren-Clinton and Wayne-Holmes Counties.  PartnerSolutions is the SmartCare processing center for those Boards.  PartnerSolutions provides SmartCare Member Enrollment, Claims, BH, and Outcomes processing services as well as technical support and reporting services.
